BoGoulet Posted December 11, 2017 Report Share Posted December 11, 2017 I have a Balboa Instruments System with at EL2000 board. MS5000, Mach3 system. I have verified 240v wired to the board by an electrician, however when the system starts, during the boot-up, the system only detects 120v. The symptoms are that heater heats really slowly. Jersey Hot Tub Repair Posted December 13, 2017 Report Share Posted December 13, 2017 A slow heating spa is not necessarily a symptom of low voltage. If you measure the voltage at the terminal block in the spa pack, what do you get across the red and black wires? What do you measure across the electrodes on the heater?
