I have a Keys Backyard as well & the guy who was servicing it for me took the manual by accident & never saw him again, ughh- My panel reads what I believe to be “Dry”, I don’t think it’s running on it cycle like it should either- Help!?

If you get a "dry" message after draining and refilling the tub, you probably have an air bubble in the circulation pump that's preventing water flow through the heater.

If you get a "dry" message and the tub hasn't been recently filled and drained, I'd look to water circulation as the problem.  Are you getting water flow?  Are the filters dirty and restricting water?  Is the circ pump running?
