Caldera Spa 1.5 HP Relia Flo Pump (Clicking noise/low speed only/no high)

I recently disassembled my Caldera Spa 1.5 HP two speed Relia Flo Pump in order to fix a leaking shaft seal and replace the impeller. Upon replacing these items and giving the pump a thorough cleaning I reassembled the pump and put it back in the hot tub. However, now when I turn the hot tub on, the pump starts fine on low speed and everything seems to be working fine, but as soon as i press the jet button on the display face, starts making a loud clicking noise and struggles to run. As soon as I hit the jet button again, it goes back to low speed and resumes normal operation. I am wondering if perhaps there is an issue with the centrifugal switch or the contacts?!?! The pump was running fine on both low and high prior to my disassembly. Thanks in advance!

I have attached pictures of the pump, and a two videos.

The first video shows the pump on low and then me cycling between low and high:
