Pro form saturn model 2003 hot tub

Recommended Posts

Do you get any error messages when the jets aren't on?  The heater won't come on unless water is moving, so that explains what you're seeing.  The question is why doesn't the pump run on its own when you don't press the Jets button.  Is it programming or breakdown?

What kind of tub is it?  How old?

Also, 8 degrees in 30 minutes is a lot of heating, most 220V tubs are lucky to get 6 degrees in an hour.

Hi there,

1. No error message

2. When it isn't on high and it's on regular flow, pumpmis running as if heater is on but no heat .. heat light is also not on in that mode.

3. Tub temp said 39 when I started it up, than 45 in 30 minutes, maybe some of he inside water that was sitting in pipes were a tad warmer .

If you're getting heat on high flow and not low flow, it could be you're not getting good water circulation.  Try removing the filters, just for a few minutes, and see if the heater will come on when you're at low speed.  If it does, your filters are dirty.  That, by the way, is one of the most common causes of "no heat."
