2002 Cal Spa Fiberoptic lights

I recently just purchased a 2002 Cal Spa 2100 series and it was really nice until the circuit board melted on the heater power side. Instead of buying a new circuit board and possible other issues I upgraded the system to a Balboa vs501z spa pack and it does not control the fiberoptics just has one new small light.

The fiberoptic box is a Fiberstars s/n FS2+ -2474 and model is FS2+-c4-j-120v so I thought that I would just wire it up to a outlet and uplug it when I didnt to use it. Removed it today and in the rear of the unit it says it has a 1.5a 250v slow blow fuse, the transformer says 120vac so I would think it would be 110volt system. It has 4 wires going into connector and was wondering if it is 220v or 110v. If it is 110v how should it be wired.

thanks
