BGore
I have been doing some research on hot tubs and have found mixed reviews on Hydro Spa tubs. I can purchase a Millenium model with cover and steps delivered to my deck for $5700. I was looking for some input from the more experienced owners. I have a rep coming out from Thermo Spa tomorrow to check out their product. Any comments would be appreciated.

I have read many posts re: thermospa and the hard sell they do once they get in your home. It appears they cost a premium, but may not live up to that standard. The main problem I read about is the inability to wet test. You wouldn't buy a car without driving it around the block (or at least sitting in it). Yet I am not sure you will get this chance. I advise you do a search of previous posts on this forum and others and read what other buyers have to say about both brands. Previous posts should educate you in ways I bet the salesman you will meet won't. good luck and let us know what you find.

By doing this you'll realize how overpriced Thermospa is when you get their presentation (and their quality is nothing special). They rely on getting to you before you see a local dealer and they overcharge thinking it will give perceived value. Actually, I'd cancel their visit altogether but that's only because I know it's not worth your time.

East TX Spa
Why oh why oh why do people continue to be suckered in by these types of companies. Is the cheapest price the only thing that matters to most? I guess so, it seems. What other types of products offer the best value at the cheapest price? Anyone want to nominate a product that is cheap, cheap, cheap but is the best quality? Please do yourself a favor and do a little more research on the two companies you listed. One of them is associated with organized criminals in Texas and other places and one of the companies sells generic kit spas at double the going rate. Spatech tuo has offered excellent advice. You would be well served to follow it. I do wish you luck. Be careful with your hard-earned money. Terminator
Guzz
If you do have the thermospa sales person out, watch it get real ugly when you refuse to put a deposit down that day! I speak from experience.
