TeddyO Posted November 14, 2016 Report Share Posted November 14, 2016 First off, hello everyone. i have a late 90's Jetsetter (J-1511684) with a bad leak. I have checked the seals on the pumps and lines and have a dry equipment compartment. As you can see in the photos, the insulation packing above the lens is soaked and dripping constantly. I know many of these tubs have issues with the lens leaking but the water is much higer, it has swelled all the packing above the lens. Is it possible that the water has leaked out somewhere lower and saturated the packing enough that it has swollen above the leak? If I let it go it will finally stop losing water about 1/4 way down the last jet on the tub. Any ideas would be helpful, Ted Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dg98adams Posted November 14, 2016 Report Share Posted November 14, 2016 I would say you need to drain, and reseal the lens.... but likely not the only leak.
