Steve'sGeneva Posted October 13, 2016 Report Share Posted October 13, 2016 My Caldera Geneva Spa is locked or at least there is a lock symbol on the control's display. I have unlocked temp and controls lock and everything works but the jets and associated bubbles. The manual does not state that there is another issue that can cause the spa to lock. This happened right after draining, cleaning and refilling the spa. Don't have the schematics or wiring diagrams to review although I am an electrical engineer by trade and can understand them. Spa is two years old. Any help is appreciated. BTW - I did turn all power off before draining and turned it back on when it was more than half way filled.
