Few days ago I turned the temp up to 100 to go for a soak . I jumped in and usually within 15 mins it would have climbed to a 100 no problem . I was in it 40 mins and it didn't go above 98. Everyting works fine , jets , lights , filtering and it even says "heating" but doesn't heat. The element is only a year old , when that went last time, it would trip the breaker . Only other abnormal thing I noticed was , could times when I turned both jets on, the #1 jet would shut off by itself after a few a seconds so i would have to turn it back on. Any ideas ?

I know this is probably obvious but have you tried to power it off, and on again? I've had some funky displays on my Arctic (rare) but I throw the big switch and reset it, all is fine

I tried on/off the breaker and that didn't help it . The tech said it's probably the mother board . It's stuck on 97/98 and just make sure it is , I used a manual thermometer and sure enough it's 98 . It's like it's just stuck there . I'll try and turn it down lower and see if it drops temp

just because display shows it is heating does not necessarily mean it is.Could be asking for heat but heater relay on motherboard may not be sending 240 volts to the heater.Or if the board is supplying 240 volts to the heater then your heater is not working and would need to be replaced.
