Bought a house earlier this year with a MasterSpa Twilight Series hot tub on the back porch. Don't have the manuals or anything to go with it as it was here when we got the house. I've been trying to get it up and running, but not having any luck. The only code that I get is the "Dy" and "Dry" codes. Yes, I know they are a flow problem. Already checked the circulation pump, it was bad. Replaced it and I know water is flowing through it, but yet I still get them same codes. I've checked for airlock and don't seem to have any issues there. Checked for blockages before the pump and didn't find any (pump is new so it shouldn't have any inside). Removed the filters to help with flow, but I'm still getting the same codes. I've also gone through the priming process to make sure, but that's not an issue as I know water is making it through the pump. Any ideas?? Would love to get the hot tub up and running, but there seems to be a gremlin somewhere and I can't find him! I'm happy to take any pictures and answer any questions as needed, I just want to get the thing going. Thanks ahead of time for the help! ejjones55 Posted November 25, 2014 Report Share Posted November 25, 2014 So it's running fine technically, just giving error? Is it heating? Mine was not heating on the low filtration cycle and only heating when jets were on. I did a slight adjustment on the pressure switch and all is good now. I have a cal spa about a 2000 year model.
