Pump 3 Won't Run, Circ Pump Won't Run When Pump 1 Is On, Help Please!

Hello! I own a 2003 Master Spas Legend Series with 4 pumps (1 circ, 3 jet).

Pump 3 (Therapy 3) will not run. I have done some troubleshooting and I have determined it is not the topside control (when it is on standby mode and I push therapy 3, it wakes the spa up but won't turn on the pump) and I know the pump works FOR SURE. Now for the circ pump- It won't run when Therapy 1 is on, but when its off, it works fine. I have no idea what is going on. Thank you!

It sounds like there may have been a change to the DIP switches on the circuit board. Check that the DIP switches are configured correctly for all the outputs. There should be a switchbank illustration near the DIP switches or a diagram on the back of the circuit board enclosure cover that explains each switch position.

WARNING:

- Main power to system should be turned OFF before adjusting DIP switches.

- Setting DIP switches incorrectly may cause abnormal system behavior and/or damage to system components.

OK, I just set the exterior dip switches correctly. Pump 3 will activate (after 7 years)! But heres the weird thing. Pump 3 seems to be connected to the circulation pump. When Pump 3 is on (no matter what pump slot it is connected to on the mono) the circ pump comes on. I saw another set of dip switches on the inside of the panel, could these be causing something?

EDIT-

I realized I said "mono". I meant Mobo.
