Arctic Spas Pulsing Water Pressure

There could be something wrong with the pump itself, but I would check a few simple things first. Make sure your water isn't too low. Even if you think it isn't too low, maybe add a little bit of water to the spa. If the water gets too low, it can cause surging at the filter canister, which will cause the pump to cavitate and cause the pulsation you are describing as well. When the water gets topped off, it should stop that if the water was too low. Also, clean/and or replace your filter if it has been a while since you have done either of those. Check those things and report back if that doesn't.
