Leak In Dimension One Nautilus

Recommended Posts

I bought a used Spa and somewhere in the transporation I did something. Inside the cover there is a hose that has a Stainless steel mesh cover which I figure is the air intake for the jets well there is a leak coming from outside this pipe not in, but outside. So 1 where could I get a schematic for this model (Nautilus) by Dimension One or does someone have any Idea as to what is happening.

Thanks

I see this is an old dead horse from back in 2013 but did you ever figure the problem out?   I have the same problem with my dimension one Nautilus

Dimension One spas are full foamed and sheeted with plastic on the bottom. Any leak soaks into the foam and fills it like a bowl until it finds a way out, usually alongside of something coming through the spa equipment bay wall/floor or drain fitting. The light is a likely source, as they have a removeable face so you can (theoretically) change the bulb from inside the spa, which means you must drain it. Of course, the face gets tightened down on its o-ring and sticks, so when you try to remove it the whole thru-wall fitting spins and loosens, creating a leak just behind the equipment bay wall.

But it could be anywhere.
