I would rate them as a good but not great tub. There warrantee stacks up with any of the big boys. They make a nice simple product, not a lot of flair. There is a lot of these out in the market where I'm located and I would say the majority of my customers who have them are happy with them. There are definitely better option out there but I would consider them better then average tub. You probably won't get much feedback on them on here as most of the experts on here seem to carry either jacuzzi or hot springs. Have you compared them to anything else yet?
