Just got my new Cal Spas Victory Xtreme V748 with 2 - 5hp pumps. First 2 nights it worked great with all jets working great even with only one pump on. Kicking on the second one really gave a massage. Third night, using pump 1, only fires up half of the jets now, and even with the second one on is only puttting out about half the pressure as previous nights. Dealer said only half of the jets "should" work with only one pump on, but I explained that on previous nights ALL jets worked with only one pump on. He says this is normal, but I know better as I saw how it worked in the beginning. Can anyone here who is familiar with Cal Spas, and preferably this model, PLEASE tell me if on a 2- 5hp pump system, ALL jets should work with only one pump activated? I wont even go into the other problems I am having....yet. THANKS!

I do not believe all the jets work at the same time with pump #1

http://www.calspas.com/hot_tubs/line~a~229~b~31.htm This is the spec drawing for your tub it is showing 1 pump powering one side and the other powering the other side. Check your large 2 inch diverter that may be restricting flow to the other area.

Pm if you with your other problems Im quite familiar with the new Cals
