Pool Clown Posted June 3, 2012 Report Share Posted June 3, 2012 If you get the same heater, that makes swapping out a bit easier. The water connections should be close if not right on. Same with the gas, and electric. Most heaters are designed to have the water connection on either side. So if you header had been "flopped", that just made the install a bit more challenging. The cost of having a guy to come out and look at why the blower won't come on will be far less than a new heater. Unless you want to buy a new heater...
