I have removed the 12 that are not sunken into the tub (IE sit proud of the tub) but there are 16 or so large ones, that are recessed into the tub. I can turn them (well most of them) but cant seem to take then out, they just wont turn that last bit. Any ideas? Tub is a Southwest/Sierra Bahama spa. Cheers.
