rebuck39
I have recently accquired my new spa and it cycles automatically for filtering and heating. I have read the booklet that came with it and it describes how to change the settings, however I am wondering how often and for how long it should cycle to provide adaquate fitering. The tub is usually only used by one and no more that two people. Also I have read here that some folks use a submersible pump to drain their tubs, any recommendations on a good pump. Thanks very much, and thanks for recommending the Taylor test kit, it has made things much easier. Rebuck
Spa_Guru
Basically run the filter enough to keep the water clear, the amount needed will vary with tub size and use duration.
rebuck39
Thanks for the reply, Spa Guru, it seemed like it was running more often than necessary, but seems to have slowed down some now. I will leave the default settings.
