Guest Dan
I have a Foxx pool cover. As I pump water from the top, the cover seems to "sink" to a level of 2 feet below the rim. This is the second year in a row. In prior years I simply pumped the water from the top to a level about 10 inches from the rim which is the level when the cover is put on. Last year I searched the cover for holes and found none. Is there an easy way to find a leak in the cover? Is there any other explaination? Guest Pat
Easiest way to find a leak is to get under it and look for light coming through.
hottub.pool_boy
I'm SURE Pat was just kidding. I wouldn't do that. Was your pool lowered more than usual prior to the cover going on? God bless you if you're the one to put that cover on. Or I feel for the crew who did. Dislike that cover a lot. when it's time to replace it, go to LOOPLOC Pump off what you can and don't worry about it til next year
