jmendoza17 Posted January 8, 2007 Report Share Posted January 8, 2007 I purchased one in June at Costco and it has never worked properly. I called for service agaian in late November and was told some parts were on backorder and would take a couple weeks to come in. I waited and waited. On January and called them last week to follow up. I talked to a rep named Ron on January 4th and Hydropsa didn't even know the history of my tub or the status of the problem. Ron said he'd call me back that day and let me know what parts were going to be shipped and how they were going to fix the tub. I'm still waiting for the callback. Great service.
