Pump Keeps Running

I have a infinity spa and the pump keeps running on low and the temp. is 5 degrees higher then set temp, the heater lite isn't lite. The filter duration is set for 2 hours. I shut the power off and restarted it but it keeps running. How is the filter time suppose to work, is something wrong and why do the water keep heating?

Infinity used the balboa VS501Z series control, It is thermally overheating from the heat of the motor because it is not shutting off...

If you are certian that your filter seting is set to F-2 and not F-C then it looks like your board might be fried... try as a last ditch effort to shut the power off for at least 20 minutes and reset, but likely this will not help... We stock these boards and can supply them but frankly we can supply you the whole VS501Z retrofit kit with a full warrante for $450.00 which is likely a better idea as it replaces the heater and everything...

I shut the spa down and reset it and it looks like it worked. Thanks. It is set at F-2, how ofen does it go into filter cycle and is there any way to change that?
