Need Help With New Taylor K-2006 Test Kit.

Just got my kit finally and can't decide on the chlorine test if I need to use a 25ml sample or a 10ml. I really can't figure out what the difference is.I hope someone can help. Thank you

I have a 300 gal. hot tub as you can tell I'm new to this have been reading post here for a few weeks and have learned alot thanks to all of you.

Highmark (who uses the low mark!) has summed it up pretty well. Most of the time, discerning the amount of FC (Free Chlorine) and CC (Combine Chlorine) to within 1/2 half of a ppm (.5 ppm) works out fine. If you like to have a little more precision use the high level (25 mL mark) and multiply the number of drops R-0871 need to turn the sample clear by .2 instead of .5. Of course, you''ll use more titrant that way.

I just wanted to say thank you for your help. I agree this site has answered alot of questions for me the last 2 weeks there is a wealth of knowledge here if you will just look so thanks to all who have contributed it is a great place. Oh yes the Dichlor/Bleach method is the best ever!! :D
