New Noise From Sundance Capri

I just emptied and refilled my Sundance Capri for the third time, and it seems that this new sound has presented itself that neither my wife nor I had noticed previously. We have always heard the soft hum of the heater, but now we both hear a constant tricking or flowing of water coming from the innards. No water is leaking, and the tub still functions fine. At first, we thought that it was forcing water to circulate more than in the past because the water used to refill this time was so cold. But now that it's up to temp, the noise continues. It's not terribly bothersome, but our tub is in our sunroom where my wife sometimes sleeps, and the constant water sound is distracting and, frankly, pee inducing. I really don't think that it did this the past three months...it really seems like a change, but I wonder if anyone has experienced this? Thanks.
