We had begun looking -- back in August / September or so. We narrowed our search to Arctic, Jacuzzi (two fine local dealers who I would recommend to anyone) and ThermoSpas. When the ThermoSpa guy came, I advised "you're in a competitive situation" == he said "with whom?". I told him, his head kind of went down, but he did not hard-sell us. He did go through with the "this discount ends when I leave", and I rebutted = "Bullocks, if I call and say, 'we want spa x and I have a check, come and get it' you're not going to come over???" So the conversation was going to remain on a high plane. It just came down to value for money -- the other two brands were better values and more what we were looking for.
