Signature Spas - Any Information?

Hello All,

I just discovered a spa manufacturer almost in my back yard - Signature Spas of Redmond, Oregon. Their website says they have been in business for nearly 30 years, the product information looks good (if a bit sparse), and their warranty compares favorably with others I have seen.

I don't recall seeing any posts mentioning Signature Spas, and I would really like to hear from anyone having experience with this company - owners, dealers, repair techs, etc.

Glad to see someone has at least heard of them. I am not going ANYWHERE yet, so advice is taken. What kind of history have you heard? Their products & warranty looked good on their website, but BBB showed three complaints - two resolved and one unresolved. This, by itself, isn't a show-stopper, but it would certainly make me be careful - which is what I am doing.

I wouldn't have a problem supporting a small, regional spa manufacturer - as long as they met my criteria.

So, what's with Santa Barbara spas & Mr. Russel?
