burdett
There was a previous post regarding Catalina spas and a warning about their warranty. The warranty info was to be faxed/scanned or put online somewhere?? Can you help me locate this document? I am looking at purchasing a Catalina Mariah/Neptune tub and want to make sure I'm not being 'shmoozed" by my dealer. There doesn't seem to be much info on the site about Catalina Spas but they are listed as one of the preferred brands. thanks in advance, this site has been a most helpful resource. burdett
I have checked the Dimension One website and their At Home series but I am not clear what the relationship is between Catalina and Dimension One? Can you please clarify? The website shows quite a difference between domestic and international warranties. thx,
Dr. Spa
I was intending to post the warranty. It was faxed to me but was completely unreadable.
spatech (the unreal one)
If you're in an area where they have Dimension One I'd check their At Home series. burdett, There is no D1 link to Catalina, just an overly ambitious D1 person who shamelessly answers most every post with a "buy D1" blurb. Regarding the Catalina warranty, the one thing I know that not all customers realize when they are looking at Catalina is they have a prorated warranty so ask the dealer to explain that as I think they're the only one to have this.
