  1. Hi, I have recently replaced my pool vinyl liner, my pool is rectangle shape like this one: https://www.lathampool.com/products/rectangle/. I recently discovered on the shallow flat side of the pool (3 ft underwater ) there is a piece of debri under the liner, it might be a rock, twig, or a piece of metal (may be a screw or something lying flat). Whatever is under the liner, is large enough to cause a ridge on the liner surface which is 1-2 inch long and 0.2 to 0.4 inch high. I am concerned if that is problematic, what problems it can cause, can it damage the liner or reduce the life of liner? Any suggestions on how to take that piece of debris out would be highly appreciated? Thank you in advance for any guidance and help.
  2. I have a problem. I have an 18 x 33 semi in ground pool with a vinyl liner. I also have the semi circular sinkable stairs in the pool. They type you put concrete blocks in to sink the stairs and hold in place. I put stabilizer I the pool for the first time about a month ago. I must have poured it into the skimmer too fast because the suction pipe got clogged solid with the stabilizer granulars. I had to use a garden hose to unclog the PVC suction pipe connected to the skimmer. In the process a lot of the stabilizer granulars got flushed back into the pool. I quickly vacuumed it up but a lot got stuck under the stairs which sit directly on the liner. I tried to flush it out but probably only pushed it further under the stairs. Now, a month later I'm losing a lot of water from the pool and I don't see any obvious leaks. Do you think the cyanuric acid stabilizer burned through the liner under the stairs?? Thanks! Ken
  3. Hello, I have a small inground oval pool (36 x 15). The pool has a vinyl liner. I'm looking for suggestions for a manual and robotic vacumn. Something that won't damage the liner. Thank you, brian
