  1. Checked for 240 volts at board. fuses all check out with fluke. Jets 1 and 2 come on but seem like very low power. Water fall is a trickle only. Removed circ pump and checked for clog, bearings all good. All pumps are getting quite warm to the touch, even just sitting idle. Wasn't sure how to test capacitor on circ pump motor Codes coming up on start up, 152 93 42 12. Everything worked fine until I turned off the power at cut off box to clean the filters, replaced breaker then no circulation pump action.. One LED nearest the panel glows with the lights switched off. Never worked on a hot tub in my life before today. Also reversed the hots on the GFCI to see if that might change something. I'm lost Any clues?
  2. Hello, My tropic seas hot tub keeps getting an error that heater may be dry and shuts down. appears to be air getting into circulation system and stopping circulation pump every few days. i bleed the pump and restart a few times and it gets going but then stops a few days later. I hear air type noises in walls of tub. Any ideas on what else to try to stop this from happening? I wonder if it is when it switches filters ever 12 hours if that is causing some stoppage to let air in. Any thoughts are appreciated.
  3. Hi all. I just changed the water in my Tropic Seas spa (375 gallon, 6 seater) and when I turn the ozonator on, the water foams up. I am using a Nature2 spa stick and bromine along with Cense. I havent always had this foaming issue. I cleaned the spa after draining it. Filled it as I always have, test strips indicate everything in the recommended ranges. Any idea on this? Would love to be able to use the ozonator without this foam. I know some bubbles are expected because its air blowing through the water, but it foams up. Once the ozonator is off, it does disappear relatively quickly. Any help or thoughts would be helpful. Thanks!
  4. Does anyone know where I can find a Tropic Seas 2016 861L Waikiki Lite operation manual that is accurate or will work for that tub? I have downloaded multiple manuals from Artisian website (and other independent sites) but none work for my spa. I have found Artisian maker has other control panels for similar spas that has better information about how my spas works and what the features are for the control head (Island Spas line) than the one they publish for my spas line. i have figured out what combination of button pushing I need to get into the menus, but I don't know what some of the setting mean or how they work together for my spa. Artisian really sucks at instructing/information manuals on their "Tropic Seas" line of spas. My control head can do things that aren't even listed in the manual. They say their manual is suitable for all of that line spas. WRONG! It's not.
