  1. There is a new book out on Kindle called "Love your spa and hot tub again". It is a all about a very simple solution/process that has been created, tested and used for over 10 years by a former spa store owner. You water remains clear, odor free, irritation free, pH stable and it is cheaper than anything you can get in a spa store.
  2. How do I bring the total alkalinity up, without raising the ph? When I first fill my hot tub the ph is perfect (7.6) but the total alkalinity is somewhere between 20 and 30 (should be between 80-120)? I use alkalinity increaser, then my ph goes thru the roof. When I decrease the ph, down goes the alkalinity. I constantly have this yo-yo effect. Any suggestions?
