  1. We have a 2009 Tiger River Spa Caspian model. About 2 years ago we replaced all the boards and button controls. It has been working great since. Tried to use it last night and found the whole system didn't have any power. Checked house breaker (still ok) and both breakers at the unit. When both breakers are on there is indication that the board is trying to power up when the pwr on indicator lights up. Then the D21 sensor shows red and it seems that something is trying to start up but nothing happens. This happens multiple times to no joy. I need to figure out what this sensor (D21) is linked to. Both main breakers are off again and I could really use some help before I call the repair people. Thanks Andrea
  2. Help! I've tried everything I know of. I just installed a new Waterway Executive pump to replace my old one. I filled the spa though the filter inlet as I usually do. I power up and temp comes on, heater comes on for just a minute or so, (pump does not come on!) then I get the error codes...SN (sensors out of balance) or DR (inadequate flow or air bubbles). Pump has yet to come on. Water comes out when I loosen the lines at the pump. I usually get these error codes when I refill, but it only happens once then it will start after a second try. This time though, with the new pump, something is different. Could it be the pump or an airlock? Thanks.
  3. DUMB QUESTION: I REPLACED MY HEATER ELEMENT ON MY 110V PLUG AND PLAY SPA; DOES IT MATTER WHICH SENSOR (A OR GOES WHERE ON THE TUBE? WHICH SENSOR IS CLOSEST TO THE HEATER COIL POSTS/COPPER CONTACTS (ELECTRICAL) AND WHICH IS THE FURTHEST? DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE? THX
