Hello! We just bought a new home that came with a 2015 Hot Springs Limelight Flair tub. I have a couple issues I’m hoping someone can help me with. After finally figuring out how to turn on the water feature, we noticed that it appears to be ‘squished’ in the centre, only allowing water to pass through the edges - so instead of a smooth waterfall, it comes out like a V. Is there any way to fix this or would the ‘feature’ need to be replaced? Secondly, we noticed that quite a few lights are out - a few in bunches in the same area - and some of the plastic caps over the lights are cracked, one is completely off and appearing like it’s shorting out the light (assuming water is getting at it). Are swapping out bulbs and the caps an easy thing to do on my own? It’s currently winter here so would likely wait until the spring to change them and caulk them as it’s very cold out. Hi. I’m baffled. The pool lights will not go on. The GFCI outlet connected to AquaLink RS doesn’t give electricity to either plug. I replaced it....same issues. Voltage tester showed power. But test button doesn’t work. There is a PX100 transformer. That’s mystery box to me. Any thoughts on what I can try? All the best. jim

Hello. I bought Lay-Z-Spa Miami (portable hot tub), i would like to have lights in this. I saw videos how people turned some lights on and water in jacuzzi in night was.. for example red and looked like lava. It was really nice atmosphere. Any ideas? THANKS

I Have a Jandy Aqualink RS, the pool and spa lights turn on without any scheduled programs. This has been happening ever since the pool was built in 2005. No pool guy has been able to figure out the problem. The following actions have proven a failure: HARD REST RESET, AND CLEAR ALL PROGRAMS (THE HARD RESET IS WHEN YOU HOLD DOWN THE RESET BUTTON FOR 10 SECS AND TURN OF BREAKER WHILE STILL HOLDING BUTTON IT, THEN TURN POWER ON WHILE STILL HOLDING RESET BUTTON 10 SECS then lettting go) DISABLED THE SPA SIDE CONTROL TO RULE OUT THAT AS WELL The lights come on every night at around 9PM and off at around 11PM, i usually just turn it off by the remote. Just so you know, there are 0 programs for the pool or spa lights, they just randomly come on without any program. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Can someone help? I have a catalina xl11000 spa. Installed new balboa spa pack. The pack does not support fiber optic lights. Is ther any way i can make the fiber optics work. Maybe wire it direct with some sort of separate switch to control the lights?

I am just completing a new villa with a 20,000 gal concrete pool. Nexxus Savi LED lights were specified 5 months ago. They fit into a Pentair Spa niche so this is what we built into the pool wall. Nexxus, or as they are now called - Next Step, have decided to stop producing that particular model and now fit all their LED (300w halogen equivalent) lights into a standard 2" pvc pipe. Does anyone know of a 300w equivalent LED pool light that will fit into a spa niche? I've done a lot of research and come up blank so far. Failing that we will have to replace the niches! Any advice?
