  1. Hello, I have a Coleman SaluSpa that I’ve had for about 2 years now. I used it last year with no issues and then this year, I’ve had some issues with the water staying clean. I’ve attached some pictures and a video that show what’s going on. There is a lint like substance that floats around and when I try to scoop it up, it breaks up into tiny pieces. When I first remove the cover, it’s mostly collected itself in a couple big piles of whatever it is. I’ve replaced the filters, chlorine, PH, and shock has been applied consistently to ensure an uninhabitable environment For bacteria. S
  2. Has anyone registered their Coleman Saluspa. Ask for a call back from Bestway Corp, the company that makes. them. Been over a week and still no call back from them. My question is where is the serial number located and the batch number. Also for product description, do they want the model number? TIA
  3. Hey, so I have a barely 2 month old Coleman Saluspa. It's the pretty common one that holds about 1000 L and has the external pod that holds the panel and mechanical like heater and pump, attaches via three screw down connections. I know different models will have different volumes, but I used to have an mspa, and it didn't even come close to the level of noise from regular everyday operation with the heat and filter pump running. I'm talking about lid closed, correct water level, no plugs or blocked pipes, aka everything seems fine. Right out of the box from the first time it was on, it ha
  4. Just installed my new Coleman Salspa today and ran the pump for a few hours to circulate the Bromine. When I came back a few hours later, there was a small puddle under the large pipe coupling. I can feel it dripping. It looks like this pipe goes to the air channel for bubbles. Is there a way to isolate this pipe so I can remove it without loosing all the water? Thank you, Veronica
  5. Hi everyone! I inherited an older Coleman Horizon 400 series spa with the house. There's a triangular compartment built into the corner of the spa that holds a container with the lid. The lid itself is fairly water-tight, so I suspect it was built to store things, but the compartment itself is a container that is sitting inside the spa, and the minute enough people climb into the spa to raise the waterline, it pours into the compartment, and the container starts floating. It's super annoying: the water gets in there, and there's no way to get it out other than try to use container as a pl
  6. Hello, I recently bought a used Coleman 508 spa. I think it's the 2002 model year. This model has a 12 hour filter cycle. I find this really inconvenient, since the tub is close to my house and the noise is distracting. I would prefer to instead run it on a 24 hour cycle where it turns on just once per day. That way I could run it in the late morning or early afternoon when it doesn't bother anybody. I'm wondering if there's a way to change a jumper on the circuit board or otherwise modify the tub to run on a 24 hour cycle instead. Does anybody know? Thank you!
  7. I purchased a used 1993 Coleman Hot Tub. I have been using it the past few years. I was getting a "FLO" error message from time to time, but it didn't seem to affect the performance. I was also getting an "ILOC" error once a week or so. It would just be shut down, but as soon as I hit a button or two it would fire back up. I replaced the temp sensor as well as the pressure sensor as I noticed that the wire had broke and had a poor repair job. I just filled it up for the winter and turned it on. It warms up to mid-90s and then an ILOC shows up. I wait several minutes, hit a button on the topsid
  8. Hi Everybody! Checking to get opinions. I've looked at hot tubs before. Given my budget and costs I had at some point came to the conclusion I was better off getting a small, high quality unit over a big, cheaper unit. That is pay for build quality and quality of jets. I went around and tried things and realized some cheap jets felt like getting hit with a garden hose (not fun). Well I had set that in the back of my mind and went about tending to priorities of saving to build a new house rather than put money into existing one. Anyway I was going along and found this pop up on one of those
  9. I moved into a home with a spa....It was dirty and had a leak at the pump. I was able clean and fix the spa which I am very happy about, however now I cannot find the filter part number. I have checked online everywhere that I can think of. I emailed Coleman but they do not have the information because it was built prior to 4/1/2010. If anyone out there has one of these or knows how I can find this information I would greatly appreciate it. Coleman Spa by Maax Model 107 Twilight Thank you so much Jessica
  10. Hi, bought a home that came with a 1999 Coleman Spa. The previous owner did not drain it and a 1 1/2" PVC pipe froze up and broke along about a 6 foot run. No big deal. BUT along that run is five 1 1/2" T fittings that tie into flexible PVC tubing. And a female 3/4 inch is too small and a 1" female PVC is too big???!!! I figured spas had their own format, So I ordered 1 1/2 T's with a 1" opening for the lines. They are too big. The lines seems to match the outside diameter of a standard 3/4" PVC fitting. But no female openings are designed for external diameter fittings; only internal. So how
