  1. Greetings. We have a new Latham Gemini series tanning ledge for $2000. It's "Vega" blue at 18' 1" wide, 8' 10" front to back, and 10" deep with 2 spillways in the mold. The returns are standard position - in back, 1 on each side at 10 and 2 o'clock positions. It's unused and ready to ship at a considerable discount. Message me if interested. We're in IA/IL/WI area. -Aaron
  2. Need some more help please. We're working through the engineering and we have a 4ft sheer on a raised elevation (used to be 10'). This sheer will be a CMP Brilliant Wonders LED waterfall and I was telling the engineer that the wall had to be 24" thick because one pool builder told me that and this was her response "The pool shell does not have to necessarily 24 inches thick to fit the water feature. I have seen many go in an 8 inch shell, it depends on the product you are using and the means and methods of the builder.' I can't find and information on the wall thickness for the sheer but I need all the plumbing and electrical to be in the wall because it's the outer wall of the pool and I don't want it exposed and prone to damage from lawn equipment and such. Can anyone help me figure out what to tell the engineer or should this be a custom block wall or something after gunnite? Pictures below for reference and the columns are a similar question.
  3. Hi, I have an inground pool with waterfall, with attached spa with another waterfall from the spa to the pool. I'm trying to figure out how to heat the spa only. There are a series of valves: 1. Switches suction from the spa to the pool. 2. Opens up/turns off flow to the pool waterfall (teed into the the return line. 3. Opens up /turns off flow to the spa waterfall, also teed into the return line. If I open up the suction to the spa (turning it off to the pool), close off the pool waterfall return, and open up the spa return flow, my assumption is the water is circulating through the heater and through the spa and then back. However, the spa just drains...please help!!
