Hi I bought a Layzspa Miami about 8 weeks ago, its been working fine but I've noticed the water outlet pipe has been squashed almost flat as if the suction/pressure has made it collapse. Is this a known issue and any ideas on a remedy? The water flow is clearly restricted from the pool out to the pump. Thanks!

Good afternoon I have a Lay z Spa Hawaii hot tub, excellent piece of kit for the relatively low price. one thing that lets it down is the filter. I have found that keeping the water clear is hard, we take all the precautions, I.e. shower before use etc. But the water gets cloudy easy, I keep on top of the filters, chlorine kept correct levels. As a last attempt I have ordered some Clearwater fluid from eBay to see if this helps. just wondering is their a small external filter unit that I can purchase to run alongside the existing filter unit to keep on top of it, or shall I take a different approach. thanks in advance.
