Hello, I have a goplus inflatable spa, model PH050017. I purchased it new on eBay several months ago. It has been working great up until now. During the recent hurricane , I drained it and stored it in the garage. In order to move it, I stood it on its side and rolled it from the side yard into our garage. After I set it back up today, everything works except the heater. When I press the temperature button it makes a beeping sound and the display is stuck flashing 68 degrees and won't change when I press the arrow keys. I drained the spa again and flipped it over but there is no

We just purchased a goplus / cost way / gorelax 6 person inflatable hot tub. It says model ph050015 on the side. We set it up yesterday and it started leaking water from the air valve. We Unscrewed the cap and water pours out. If we turn the bubbles on, it stops. How would water be getting into the air system? And how can we fix this? Thank you!! Hello, I have a Coleman SaluSpa that I’ve had for about 2 years now. I used it last year with no issues and then this year, I’ve had some issues with the water staying clean. I’ve attached some pictures and a video that show what’s going on. There is a lint like substance that floats around and when I try to scoop it up, it breaks up into tiny pieces. When I first remove the cover, it’s mostly collected itself in a couple big piles of whatever it is. I’ve replaced the filters, chlorine, PH, and shock has been applied consistently to ensure an uninhabitable environment For bacteria. S

Hi! I was wondering if someone could help me. My hot tub is 6 months old. I am having a few problems with it. It won’t heat up and when I have checked the manufacture instruction it says the filter may need to be replaced and will show an error message. However, the filter isn’t too bad and the error message is ‘SH’ or ‘5H’, which isn’t the error message for a filter replacement. I have also noticed that when I take off the cap to the air valve used to inflate the hot tub there is water pouring out of it. I have emptied the hot tub completely to see if there are any noticeable p

Hi all, got the hot tub out of storage to find what I can only describe as a black mould as well as other stain patches. Does anyone know how to clean/remove these? Even my jet wash doesn’t take it off. I’ve tried bleach, that does seem to fade it but not remove it Pretty devastated to be honest, I clean the whole thing down and dried it thoroughly before storing it :( Hopefully someone can help. Kind regards Mark

I am really wanting an inflatable hot tub, but am reading a lot of terrifying things. Most reviews are great, but I’m seeing a lot of reviews saying different ones fall apart after a year. I do not want to pay the extra money right now for a fiberglass hot tub. So is there any brand of portable spa that will last me a few years without problem? Or are they all garbage, that will die after one year? Thank you! regards, Ash
