Hi! A couple days ago we noticed these three small bits floating in the hot tub. (I attached a bunch of pictures) We did some investigating and it looks as though the light cap just under the moto massage has broken. I think it was a clean break because the top and the threading barrel fits together perfectly (I was thinking about using gorilla glue to repair it?) We’ve been trying to track down the parts (found 2 online that look similar) and find a reliable vendor to replace it. Unfortunately we are just out of warranty and the local spa repairman wants to send a bunch a people out to flip our tub on it’s side and replace it for $300-I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable about that and it seems excessive -considering I was able to access and find the location without all that labor. I think we can replace this ourselves and just order the light cap and screw it in? Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated -thanks so much!

I have a Hot Springs Grandee that is about 3-4 years old. I have been using the same chemicals in it since i got it. (dealer suggested). My wife rarely gets in because she has sensitive skin and breaks out itching and red skin. Even I find it really drying my skin out. I am using: Freshwater continuous silver ion cartridge , SpaGuard Enhanced Shock, SpaGuard Shock-Oxidizer plus their Stain and Scale and PH Decreaser. Those are all I use. Does anyone have suggestions for better results and works with Hot Spring Spas?

Any help would be so appreciated! I have a third quarter 2009 Hot Spring Grandee Spa. The control panel display went out. Otherwise still does all functions. The replacement panel is discontinued (with the phone style plug) Any chance of locating one? Thanks in advance.

I have a 2016 Hot Spring Spa Vanguard. When I have more than a few people in tub, the 30 amp breaker will trip. When I'm in by myself or with one person, there are no issues. Hot Spring replaced my 30 amp breaker -- but the issue is still happening. Has anyone experienced this?? I'm trying to figure out how bather load could make the breaker trip.

I had a grad party over this last weekend and there were many people in and out of the spa. I noticed at the end of the night that the water was low and the red light was flashing. I have had this problem before (red light flashing) so I took out the filters, filled up the spa and recycled power after 30 seconds. Just over a year ago I changed the thermistor and the thermostat so I figured that it was the problem. I replaced them both again and the red light still flashes. When I recycle power the light starts flashing roughly 5 to 10 seconds afterwards. Within the 5 to 10 seconds I can start the jets but after the 5 to 10 seconds the red light starts flashing. I want to also add that the display reads 00F and I can adjust the temp also. I hope someone can help me out !!!!
