  1. I got my hot tub all hooked up recently and fixed up. No matter what I try it will not heat up. I tested all the fuses and relays they all work I replaced the the heating element just to rule it out the old one and the new one get 240 volts but wont heat at all. The heat light is on the control panel telling it to heat and the voltage power is making it all the way to the heater element but it just wont heat at all. im stumped on why it wont heat all the tests say its working but it just wont do anything. The pump and blower work great and all the relays click when you hit a button. the temp sensors all work saying the current temperature.
  2. Good day, please, give me an advice.🙏 I have a hot tub Corall, Canadian SPA. The DIPswitch is set, as in the picture in the attachment. Everything works in economy mode((circulation pump/heating). In the standard mode, the heating spiral is switched on, but the circulation pump remains switched off(reports overheating/flow error etc.) Settings: heater 3kW two massage pumps -1 speed circulation pump - 1 speed ozone, light, blower connected to 3 phases Balboa GS523DZ/VL801D How to setup correctly, or what could be broken? Thank you GS523DZ 54763-01_97_D.pdf
  3. I was given this Coleman Saluspa from a family member that used it for a while without issue. I went over the directions, set up as recommended, and it worked for several days without issue. I will say that I did use an underrated extension cord and the pump/ heating unit was in direct sun at the time (I didn't know any better at the time). One morning when I went out to the tub it was turned off. When I turned it back on by resetting the GFCI plug I got an "E04" code. I researched it and understood that the tub/ heating unit must have over heated due to direct sunlight. I let it cool, made sure the heating element was shaded but not covered directly. I also noticed the GFCI plug prong looked a little toasted (didn't notice prior to setting up) so I replaced the GFCI plug and got an appropriately gauged power cord. NOW the thermometer on the unit says the water is 99 degrees Fahrenheit yet the water is cool to the touch. The thermostat reading rises rapidly and when it exceeds 104 degrees I get another "E04" code. Where should I go from here?
  4. Hi Guys, we have a Tropic Spa Hot Tub that has worked perfectly for the past 12 months but has recently had an issue with heating. The temperature heats to 90 degrees (32) but will not go any further. We have cleaned the filter, but to no avail. Does anybody know if there is a reset button for the Tub/Heater or any idea what may be causing the problem? Trying to get somebody to come and look at it but thats harder than it should be. Any help gratefully received. Lee
  5. hot tub working fine but heating light does not light on sentry 605 control panel, heating element does not heat up, water stays cold. Water temp sensor? something in circuit board? Heating element itself? Is there a way to test? All wiring seems intact. replaced circuit board 5 years ago...worked fine until last month.
  6. I have an older Sundance Capri hot tub. I replaced the heater a year ago. It was working fine after that. The blower that comes on two times a day, and what we rarely use, started tripping the electric. So I disconnected the blower and turned it back on. Now the heater or whatever runs the heater keeps pushing out water into the tub, even when the water reaches the thermostat temperature. Water, not hot, continually runs out of the heater hole. If I turn the heat down like 4 degrees, the water stops running...until the tub reaches that temperature and it just keeps running. Advice, please!!!! Thank you
