  1. Hi All, I have a 2006 Calder Spa Kauai and having an issue where it’s not heating up and I have 4 dashes flashing on the display board. Also the LIM OK and HTR ON lights are not on at all. I also see the D9 light blinking on the heater relay board and D17 solid red light on the main circuit board. I’m receiving the right amount of voltage and everything is hooked up correctly. Does anyone know if this means if either my heater relay board or main circuit board are bad?
  2. Ok....I have a 2004 Hot Springs Prodigy Spa. We used it one night, everything worked fine. The next day, it was cold. I took the heater board relay off and it was scorched. I replaced it. Now, I have no heat still. No blinking lights except on the new board (D9 LED but the parts supply store said as long as the green light is on next to it, ignore the blinking red light), tested the heaters ohms (10.3ohms), have power to everything except the red wire from the main board that jumpers over to the heater relay board.... The only thing I haven't changed is the circulation pump, which is working, and the thermistors...I'm at a loss.....
  3. I have a 2001 Hot Spring Sovereign. My heat wasn't working, so I just replaced the heater relay board with the new 77119 part for the IQ2020. Now I have heat and circulation, but the jets stopped working (wavemaster 7000 ver3). They were working previously, but do not anymore. The jet icon lights up on the control head, but no jets. Any ideas? What could I have done in replacing the heater relay board that affected the jets? Thanks, Ben
