  1. What are these ports for? It’s impossible to find a detailed diagram for this motherboard. I just purchased this tub and was told the water feature and lights don’t work. I intend to fix these myself, at least the lights, but am not sure where to start. All the wiring/control box/power source for the lights look fine. Thanks in advance for any help.
  2. Hi all, prospective first time hot tub purchaser here. Currently between a Jacuzzi J355 and a HotSpring Flair w/saltwater system We both have sensitive skin so the saltwater seemed appealing, also less chemistry and work involved, but the jets on the J355 seem better and also it has the Jacuzzi name. We also looked at the HotSpring Jetsetter XL being 95% of the hot tub use will just be me and my significant other. Not sure if anyone has an opinion on that model or on if downsizing the hotub just for personal use and not entertaining is a better option as well. Any help from anyone with their experiences with either of these models would be great. We live in SW FL and would be installing the tub in our caged lanai. Thanks! Matt
  3. I have a Limelight Flair (FLR1R3307) with a bad topside control board. If I replace it with part #76845, will it work as is or will it require some sort of software update?
  4. Firstly, Thank you to this forum for helping me diagnose some of the problems in the hot tub that came with our recent house purchase. I was able to find the 3 parts I needed to replaced cracked fittings, etc. and get our hot tub up and running! Next issue! So we have a 2008 (pretty sure, at work...can't verify via Serial) Hot Springs Limelight Flair hot tub. The audio system we have is an Aquatic AV AQ-DM-2BX (http://pdf.nauticexpo.com/pdf/aquatic-av/aq-dm-2bx/29159-60043.html) that accepts the old-school style 30-pin iPod style connectors. So in the process of getting it (the hot tub up and running) I tried using the audio system but it doesn't work. It powers on fine, iPod connects, but no sound. I take that front panel off and see there's a wiring harness connected, but there's the red/white RCA cables that are not hooked up to anything. I'm ASSUMING this is my problem, but I have no clue where these should be connected. I can't find any sort of wiring diagram online to show me. is this something that might be located inside the IQ panel? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks again for all of your help!
  5. Hi all! New to this forum and to being a hot tub owner. We purchased a home that had a 2015 Hot Springs Flair left behind. Filled it up through the filter but the jets aren't working so I'm wondering if there is an air lock. When filling it up through the filter I didn't hold the hose in, I let it hold itself so I'm curious if I should've held it in while filling it to apply direct pressure. is there a bleeder valve on this model? The heater seems to be working and so do the LED lights. We are getting champagne bubbles and when trying to get the jets to work it kicks on like it's trying to. Please excuse use my ignorance. Very new to all of this! Thanks!
  6. New to this forum. I have a 2013 Hot Spring Limelight series hot tub which I have had zero issues with until recently. I noticed the display letters/numbers started flickering and going off and on intermittently. Luckily, I was able to turn off the pumps and lights before the control head totally died! I removed the panel from the tub body and disassembled it, only to find that the silicon pad (3 buttons) on the left side which controls the jets and "mode up" and "mode down" settings was cracked around the base, allowing water to penetrate into the head and drip right onto the circuit board. My thoughts are this is a very poor design and if there was even a cover over the circuit board to divert water away from dripping directly onto the board, this never would have happened. Also, any parts searches are showing this control head as a complete assembly when it is easily able to be disassembled by removing a few screws. Does anyone know of a place where I can order the separate components that I need rather than having to shell out $320. plus shipping for a new unit? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  7. It seems so hard to figure a fair price on any hottub no matter where you call. No pricing anywhere online, I'm just looking for a current MSRP on a HotSpring Limelight Flair model. thx
