  1. Hi Everyone, looking for some help. My hot tub display dropped to 60. When I unplug it and plug it back in it starts at 100 and slowly works it way back down to 60. When I try to press the buttons up the temp just falls back down to 60. It still feels pretty warm in the tub but not 104 that’s for sure. I’m worried because it’s so cold here right now and won’t warm up for months, it’s -4 f here right now. I think it could be the topside display? Any thoughts? Additional information it’s a 2007 x400 dream maker spa. Thank you so much Erika
  2. Hi there, I'm new to this sight and after reading some older posts, still couldn't found a solution to my problem. my Jacuzzi j375 is intermittently going into "ice" mode. when this happens both pumps are on full and its protecting itself like it should, only problem is the tub is at 103. the display toggles back and forth between "ice" and "103". I was working on the two speed pump yesterday replacing a start up capacitor and after that it started. it's very intermittent though. We were getting in yesterday when i noticed the pumps were already on and i saw the "ice" flashing, but after about 10 minutes of use i noticed it was back to normal display, and i hadn't done anything. Today it did it again. I was sitting inside and heard the pumps fire up. I had to reset the breaker to make it stop. I have previously (2 weeks ago) had it staying at 98 when set at 103, and breaker reset "fixed" that. 🙄 Now i'm wondering if both are related and I have an intermittent faulty temp sensor. i had to move aside the harness to the temp sensor to access my capacitor yesterday but never to a point of pulling on it or anything. Any help would be appreciated, Thx
  3. I have a 2012 Hot Springs Prodigy spa and am having problems with the LCD display. Random lines, unreadable characters, etc that seem to be sporadic. I am guessing the display board is bad? I recently had an issue where the lights display screen wouldn't appear. This is now appearing as it should and lights are working, but now this display screen issue? Thoughts, ideas?
  4. Hi i have a d1 chairman and found that it's got some fault with the main control panel or something wrong with the board I guess.. whars been happening is the cleaning cycle has been running fine. When I come to turn the temp up a day before I use it the temp display is staying on the most recent temp. Also the buttons fail to work, thus has happened twice now. First time while I was in it turning it down it also locked up on me but eventually allowed me to turn it down before I got out. so today it did the same so I turned power off and back on. The temp went from showing the display to nothing, just ----. So I used the other two control panels to turn the pumps on which then enabled me to used the buttons on the main display however the temp still showed ---- and I couldn't get the light to come on. I didn't try the program button. I could also get it to go into standby. ideas what the problem is? Faulty control panel or something else? any local repairers nearby? Somerset/Dorset area. thsnks
