Hello I have a hot spot xs 120V that is just over 2 years old. Last night, 4 dashes appeared and my tub stopped circulating and heating but the control unit operated and the lights worked. I was in the tub with the jets on low and suddenly they stopped and 4 double dashes appeared on the control unit. Also my motor has started making a squealing sound periodically. I’ve had my pressure switch replaced as of November 2021 and the problem went away for a couple of months. Now this issue is back + a periodic motor squeal. When I reset it will run fine for a while (can’t time it) then back to four dashes. I’ve already drained and refilled the spa and my filter is clean. Attached is a video of the motor squeak. Any advice is welcome IMG_3028.MOV

Our panel has been acting up for a while and the last time I tried to adjust the temp it started flashing 4 dashes and the word power on the display panel. We just ordered a new panel which I know we needed anyway, but the new panel is still still flashing the same thing. We also replaced the high temp sensor but that didn't help. Can anyone offer advice? Thanks in advance.

My Jacuzzi J-365 is going into Watchdog error mode (3 dashes) intermittently. When I reset the power it runs fine for about 5 days, then goes to Watchdog again. I have tested the temperature and limit switches with an ohm meter and they are both reporting the same correct readings based on the temp / ohm chart I found on-line. I also checked the flow switch which is showing zero conductance when open and full conductance when closed (also visually confirmed open and closing at appropriate times). I have never found the spa to have overheated - always within a degree or two of my 103 degree setting. The circuit board "looks" fine - no bulging capacitors or any obvious burn spots. I don't want to replace the expensive board if not necessary but I don't know what other troubleshooting to do.

Our Caldera Spa isn't working after getting hit by a power surge. My husband checked the circuit board and fuses, and the fuses are fine but the spa still isn't working. We see a red light on the circuit board now. He is ordering a new circuit board. Does it seem that it is a circuit board problem? We recently put in a new circuit board and two new pumps. I hope it's not the pumps. Help!
