  1. Our Prodigy H came with the house. I think it’s a 2011. Serial starts with H4N. It’s a 110v. It blew the breaker in the electrical control box. After reset, filter clean etc., jets don’t run when using Topside controls. Some of the buttons don’t operate. What part do I order to replace top controller? Eagle? Do I need any other part? See video. IMG_6677.MOV Jets will run if I bypass and give power so basically not getting power for some reason. Service tech said it was heater relay board and replaced. Also said was bad ozone sensor and disconnected. No change. Lost confidence in tech. I don’t have before pics and I don’t know what the heater relay looked like before. Heater 2 pin power jumpers were in positions 3/4 and 5/6 when diagram shows 5/6 and 6/7. Moved. No Change. Opened Topside control and looks like board got wet and is damaged. See pictures. Other symptoms Control Unplugged light is on Red. Bus Status light on Green. The wire to the No fault heater is cut and the wire from the pressure switch plug on board is spliced and is connected to the wire that goes to the flow switch.?? To determine what parts to buy, this is what I have. The main control box cover is a Q2020. The control board and the new heater relay are Item # 76082 Orca Control Box now obsolete. Main motherboard is definitely item # 78039 because the main top controls and auxiliary control plugs are phone jack connectors. New heater relay board is blue like an original item #76071 but when I look online that is obsolete and it says to use Item #77118. What top control replacement do I order? Is the heater relay board the right one or should it be #77118? If new heater relay is ok, is everything wired correctly on board and heater relay?
  2. Hello, I have an IQ 2020 control board that I am trying to replace for my Watkins Prodigy hot tub. My current IQ 2020 has the label that reads Watkins PN: 0974201 REV C. I found an IQ 2020 control board with PN: 1302501 REV F. Does anyone know what the difference is between these two IQ 2020's and will both work on my hot tub???
  3. I have a Limelight Flair (FLR1R3307) with a bad topside control board. If I replace it with part #76845, will it work as is or will it require some sort of software update?
  4. Hi I'm new here . But I was wondering if there was somebody I could answer a couple questions for me. I have an older coast ball with the TSPA1 board. As you know most of these boards have been discontinued and I was wondering if it would be a viable option to just replace the whole spa pack with something new or even a different brand or if you would just recommend sourcing out a replacement board as I'm pretty sure mine Is in need of replacement. If a new spa pack is in order what do you recommend ? I was looking at a BP 501 retrofit kit because I like the Wi-Fi feature. And was wondering what you guys think. thanks in advance
  5. I have a problem with my spa pump tripping the 50amp GFCI breaker. I have been through everything I can think of with this spa. It has 2 2 speed pumps, one which connected to the filter and heater (pump 1) and one that is attached only to some jets (pump 2). Both pumps are identical, new 2 speed 240V pumps. I have also recently replaced the heater, ozonator, and GFCI breaker. I have a Balboa MAS225 control board. Pump 1 runs on schedule because it is used to filter and heat, it comes on as soon as the hot tub is started up (breaker turned on). Pump 2 only comes on when you turn it on using the top control panel. Pump 1 will trip the breaker about 5-10 seconds after starting the spa. However, if I take the filter out and open the filter can, it will run with out tripping, so it seems that maybe it is pulling to much current. I have looked for any clogs and have determined all the pipes and tubes to be clear. A strange mystery is that if I turn on pump 2 as soon as the breaker is flipped on and the tub is starting up, the breaker won't trip. The second I turn off pump 2, pump 1 trips the breaker. If I unplug the pump 1 from the control panel, all is fine. If I switch the wiring for pump 1 and 2, pump 2 will come on automatically and run as if it were the filter/heater pump and won't trip the breaker. While it is running I can turn pump 1 will run just fine. I've even switched the pumps via plumbing, and it dosen't matter, the pump that is connect to the filter and heater will trip the breaker, unless the other pump is on, or unless I open up the filter canister (I also have a new filter). Does anyone have any clue what could be the problem? I already wasted $110 on a new GFCI that didn't solve the problem and I don't want to buy a new control board only to have that not fix the problem, and besides, I'd like to try to replace a control board component if possible. At this point it seems all that's left is the transformer or the control board. I also don't think its any relays as switching the wiring doesn't switch which pump is causing the problem. I'd appreciate any help, or even guesses. Thanks!
  6. New to forum. I have a 2004 Gr. Lakes Sunlighter I picked up from Craigslist a few years ago. I am running it on 240v. I replaced the heater element about 18 months ago. Been running trouble free since. My pump just started cycling on and off. It starts for just a few seconds, then stops for a second, then continuously repeats. I can hear a relay cycling in the control box. If I hold down the temp setting button on the control panel it stays on. While running the suction/flow are fine. It is a Balboa control system P/N 52525-04. I'm guessing the temp sensor or something related is the issue. Does anyone have insight into how to troubleshoot?
  7. Just recently purchased a Used 05 Artesian Antigua Spa. When I started up tub (a few days ago) the water temp has been stuck on 95 the entire time. U can adjust the water tempature and the other night when it was aabout 55 out I had tub at 95 and tub was about 106 next day set at 85 had temp at 95 now it is 45 out and water temperature is 85 no matter what I set tempature too. Im assumming heater is fine and that my issue is with a limit, relay, thermostat, or contol board. Someone that can lead me in the right direction would appretiated. Thank you for your time.
