  1. Hi there, Does somebody know where i can find a topside overlay/sticker for my Coleman Spa 705 2006 ? For the big control panel i can find it but for the inside panel not. Thanks in advance & greetz from Belgium
  2. First time owner... I have an older Coleman Tahoe that has a Balboa BOARD MAAX 460 EL2000 M3 control board. My issue started with a HoT error a few days ago that reset itself once it cooled down... Except it clearly wasn't overheated, it was cool. Eventually it reset itself once it seemed to cool down and read the correct temp. A few days later there was a low level alarm but topped it off and it cleared. Then yesterday found an OHH error, that won't clear. Pump 1 will run on low for a few minutes but nothing changes on the display, still just flashing OHH. No buttons respond on the display. Tried pulling temp sensors to get them to reset, but no response. Waiting for Balboa to respond with and instruction/ white sheets for troubleshooting but need some help knowing what direction to go or how to do a manual reset.
  3. I was given this Coleman Saluspa from a family member that used it for a while without issue. I went over the directions, set up as recommended, and it worked for several days without issue. I will say that I did use an underrated extension cord and the pump/ heating unit was in direct sun at the time (I didn't know any better at the time). One morning when I went out to the tub it was turned off. When I turned it back on by resetting the GFCI plug I got an "E04" code. I researched it and understood that the tub/ heating unit must have over heated due to direct sunlight. I let it cool, made sure the heating element was shaded but not covered directly. I also noticed the GFCI plug prong looked a little toasted (didn't notice prior to setting up) so I replaced the GFCI plug and got an appropriately gauged power cord. NOW the thermometer on the unit says the water is 99 degrees Fahrenheit yet the water is cool to the touch. The thermostat reading rises rapidly and when it exceeds 104 degrees I get another "E04" code. Where should I go from here?
  4. I am having difficulty finding just jet diffusers (housing? bodies) for my 2005 Coleman Midel 3511 Performance series. The jet faces are fine. Anyone recommend a spa parts store. Ive already checked those online through Google. At least the first 10 listed.
  5. Has anyone registered their Coleman Saluspa. Ask for a call back from Bestway Corp, the company that makes. them. Been over a week and still no call back from them. My question is where is the serial number located and the batch number. Also for product description, do they want the model number? TIA
  6. Hello, I have a Coleman SaluSpa that I’ve had for about 2 years now. I used it last year with no issues and then this year, I’ve had some issues with the water staying clean. I’ve attached some pictures and a video that show what’s going on. There is a lint like substance that floats around and when I try to scoop it up, it breaks up into tiny pieces. When I first remove the cover, it’s mostly collected itself in a couple big piles of whatever it is. I’ve replaced the filters, chlorine, PH, and shock has been applied consistently to ensure an uninhabitable environment For bacteria. So I’m not sure what’s going on. Had anyone else experienced anything similar? If so, whats going on? If not, what should I do? IMG_0242.MOV IMG_0243.MOV
  7. Hey, so I have a barely 2 month old Coleman Saluspa. It's the pretty common one that holds about 1000 L and has the external pod that holds the panel and mechanical like heater and pump, attaches via three screw down connections. I know different models will have different volumes, but I used to have an mspa, and it didn't even come close to the level of noise from regular everyday operation with the heat and filter pump running. I'm talking about lid closed, correct water level, no plugs or blocked pipes, aka everything seems fine. Right out of the box from the first time it was on, it has been noticeably loud. Enough that my neighbour complained to me asking me to turn it around because she could hear it. I've taken decibel reading near the unit and average between 53-57dB constantly. I've also found something about a similar unit and a noisy pump suggesting to disconnect it and blow the hose through the outlet for a while as a potential resolution, but no change after trying this. It's possible this is normal, but I wanted to check and see what others think. I've included a link to the audio recording I took of the tub running. My main concern isn't that the noise is too much so much as I don't want to have a busted $700 tub that needs expensive repairs shortly after use just because I ignored a sign. A major problem is that somehow the receipt disappeared, so the place of purchase is iffy about any kind of exchange or warranty, and the manufacturer won't even consider it without the original receipt. 8. Just installed my new Coleman Salspa today and ran the pump for a few hours to circulate the Bromine. When I came back a few hours later, there was a small puddle under the large pipe coupling. I can feel it dripping. It looks like this pipe goes to the air channel for bubbles. Is there a way to isolate this pipe so I can remove it without loosing all the water? Thank you, Veronica
  9. Hi everyone! I inherited an older Coleman Horizon 400 series spa with the house. There's a triangular compartment built into the corner of the spa that holds a container with the lid. The lid itself is fairly water-tight, so I suspect it was built to store things, but the compartment itself is a container that is sitting inside the spa, and the minute enough people climb into the spa to raise the waterline, it pours into the compartment, and the container starts floating. It's super annoying: the water gets in there, and there's no way to get it out other than try to use container as a plunger. The water can get moldy in there, because once it gets in, it stays in the compartment and is not getting circulated. Any idea what this is and how to deal with it? Thank you!
  10. Hello, I recently bought a used Coleman 508 spa. I think it's the 2002 model year. This model has a 12 hour filter cycle. I find this really inconvenient, since the tub is close to my house and the noise is distracting. I would prefer to instead run it on a 24 hour cycle where it turns on just once per day. That way I could run it in the late morning or early afternoon when it doesn't bother anybody. I'm wondering if there's a way to change a jumper on the circuit board or otherwise modify the tub to run on a 24 hour cycle instead. Does anybody know? Thank you!
  11. I purchased a used 1993 Coleman Hot Tub. I have been using it the past few years. I was getting a "FLO" error message from time to time, but it didn't seem to affect the performance. I was also getting an "ILOC" error once a week or so. It would just be shut down, but as soon as I hit a button or two it would fire back up. I replaced the temp sensor as well as the pressure sensor as I noticed that the wire had broke and had a poor repair job. I just filled it up for the winter and turned it on. It warms up to mid-90s and then an ILOC shows up. I wait several minutes, hit a button on the topside it fires up only to do the same thing... one time it blew the breaker too. I have never had a "SN1" or "SN3" error code, but in the past had seen "OH" a time or two. I haven't touched the heating element, but am wandering if it is damaged. Any help would be appreciated
  12. Hi Everybody! Checking to get opinions. I've looked at hot tubs before. Given my budget and costs I had at some point came to the conclusion I was better off getting a small, high quality unit over a big, cheaper unit. That is pay for build quality and quality of jets. I went around and tried things and realized some cheap jets felt like getting hit with a garden hose (not fun). Well I had set that in the back of my mind and went about tending to priorities of saving to build a new house rather than put money into existing one. Anyway I was going along and found this pop up on one of those black friday when a deal comes up you can get it if you buy it in the next 15 seconds type things and bought a Coleman Rotomold. I know it's cheap, and I know it's made by Cal Spas which is, um, also cheap. But basically I paid $1,699 including shipping. At it's retail price I would have said heck no it would be silly to not spend an extra $2k on a better maker. So what do you think, is this a fair buy for $1699? http://www.homedepot.com/p/Coleman-Spas-6-Person-30-Jet-Lounger-Spa-with-Easy-Plug-N-Play-and-LED-Waterfalls-CO-R730L-A-C/204356592#.Up6wLcTa_U0 Or should I run, not walk, to cancel ASAP?
  13. I moved into a home with a spa....It was dirty and had a leak at the pump. I was able clean and fix the spa which I am very happy about, however now I cannot find the filter part number. I have checked online everywhere that I can think of. I emailed Coleman but they do not have the information because it was built prior to 4/1/2010. If anyone out there has one of these or knows how I can find this information I would greatly appreciate it. Coleman Spa by Maax Model 107 Twilight Thank you so much Jessica
  14. Hi, bought a home that came with a 1999 Coleman Spa. The previous owner did not drain it and a 1 1/2" PVC pipe froze up and broke along about a 6 foot run. No big deal. BUT along that run is five 1 1/2" T fittings that tie into flexible PVC tubing. And a female 3/4 inch is too small and a 1" female PVC is too big???!!! I figured spas had their own format, So I ordered 1 1/2 T's with a 1" opening for the lines. They are too big. The lines seems to match the outside diameter of a standard 3/4" PVC fitting. But no female openings are designed for external diameter fittings; only internal. So how what "T" do I use and where do I get it? The local MAxx/Coleman dealer had the 3/4" but they do not work.
