  1. hi I am new to the hot tub scene and have just bought a 2004? coast nassau hot tub, ( needing a little work ) my current problem is the 3 dots on top side panel, red led on printed circuit and not being able to clear the air in the lines, I have changed the pressure switch ( the 3 dot go off when I switch to 2nd speed) the temp is set to 100f but is maintaining about 82f ( it has got to 100 previously) the heater tube is only normal temp not boiling i keep releasing the air from the filter bleed screw but within minutes its back again ( i do have about 10 out of 40 jet missing at the moment - waiting for replacements) any suggestions, or is it due to missing jet sucking the air back into the lines and then causing the low flow? thanks
  2. We are looking for a good hydrotherapy tub as my husband broke his neck awhile back so we need some good neck jets. I liked the fit of the Hydropool 670 which I water tested as well as there being several lounging positions with jets at my feet. If I ordered I would get a 695 though as the lounge is more of a chair. I also like the seating in the Coast Journey, especially the lounge which feels more like a chair and I think my husband would love it. This tub also has great foot jets that give a variety of uses. Problem is the reputation of these companies! Please tell me Coast's product quality has gotten better from 2010? That is my favorite in the moment. The companies that appear to be highly rated don't have much in the way of foot jets and some not much shoulder action. I appreciate any help. I also do think I want to get one with the bromine generator because I hate the feel of my skin after a soak. Any feedback appreciated!
  3. Hi, I have a coast spa running a Balboa system. I keep getting the " SnS " error code and the spa shuts down. (its flashing) What is thte fix for that? When I see it in that state as soon as a press the temp up or down button the spa comes back and it's happy. If I just leave it and ignore it. the spa cools down ....... Any help you can offer is appericated! Cheers' Dave
  4. Hi Gang, OK, so first time spa owner and someone gave it to me. I pulled out both motors and had them tested, both OK and no cracks or leaks. It's called a Coast Spa but it's made by Northwind Hot Tub and it says it's a "Deluxe Series" its from about 2009. It's in place now freshly filled via the filter and now the startup questions since I have no clue. When I first power it up I see the display show: - the display initializes - it flashes 100 - it then flashes 93 - it then flashes 43 - it then flashes 12 - it then shows " Pr " after about 5 mins, you head a click and the Pump 1 light comes on and the display shows: - - F And thats where it sits so any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated! I'm going to call the tub guy to look it over but I'd like your suggestions first before he shows up. Cheers' Dave
