  1. Hi, I have just added chlorine to my pool and the floor of the pool has turned black. The chlorine that I used has an active ingredient of Calcium Hypochlorite 650g/kg. I have tested the PH and found it to be a little low, requiring some alkali to be added. Will raising the PH solve my problem. I do not have any water test results for metals etc. Can anybody help me. Please
