We have had a Cal Swim Spa for 8 years now, paid over $24k for this, was supposed to have a 10-year warranty (or maybe longer) Have gotten the run-a-round, stick in a catch 22, the company won't warranty the spa liner because we have mice under the spa, can't get to them because the siding is stapled into place and the liner needs to be lifted to get at the rodents. Emptied the water out so the inspector could get a better look at the cracks forming, since then the liner has pulled away from the base, it now serves as an eyesore and a reminder of what a total WASTE of money this was. Would NOT recommend Cal Spa's to ANYONE, even people I don't like! Can't get the pictures to upload, too large a file not enough room in the attach file section. Take my work for this, it is totally falling apart!!! I will e-mail pics to anyone wanting to see them!!! Anyone else having warranty problems with Cal Spas???
