I have a balboa touch screen panel and I thought it had stopped working but upon further inspection, the buttons have all shifted from where they're displayed. So for example, the temperature down touch region has moved up to where the temp up button is displayed so touching temp up actually lowers the temp, and the temp up button has shifted off the deisplay so it can't be used. I power cycled the hottub and reset the control unit but powered back on the same way. Luckily I can still use wifi to set functions. Is there a hard reset for this device or is it toast and needs a replacement?
