Why do I have high Cyanuric acid in Bromine Spa?

Help! My pool (50,000 gallons) has low bromine (.69) and high stabilizer (150). I am using the inline powerclean chlorine feeder which is filled with 1” bromine tablets (about 70 ?), in addition to 12 1” bromine tablets in each of the 2 skimmers. I plan to shock it tonight with power powder plus. How can I get the bromine level up? Need help in Jersey before Memorial Day eek!
