It is a 220V. I measured the current into the capacitor when power is on and reads 247.5V on each leg of the running capacitor. Running capacitor has 3 points, Common, Fan , Herm. From C to Fan reads 247V and from C to Herm 247V. It is the original pump. That pump has 2 velocities, low for recirculating and maintaining flow water through the heater to keep temperature, and high for the jets. The other capacitor 40 micro farads is ok.Also check the centrifugal switch and seems ok and contactors are clean
