I'm having an issue with the jets on my in ground spa. There's a total of 6 jets. With the spa full only 3 jets are somewhat functioning but fairly weak. There are air bubbles. The other 3 jets push out water very weak without air bubbles. When draining the spa completely and refilling it all 6 jets work very well with water coming out very strong. Pump is running at full speed. Filter is clean. As soon as the water level rises above the jets and the spa becomes full the water flow through the jets changes and function as described above. Why do the jets become weak with the water level rising above the jets and the spa being full? What could be the problem and what are suggested teps to fix this issue?
